RUTLAND, ND – U.S. House Candidate Pam Gulleson released the following statement in support of the House vote yesterday on H.R. 4045, which ensures that more than 49,000 troops nationwide will get the paid time-off benefits they earned before being deployed last year, when the Pentagon changed the restrictions governing paid time off. The House voted overwhelmingly to pass the bill, which was sponsored by Rep. JohnKline (MN-2).
